Installer questions
What is the lead time on patio doors?
It depends on the system and the colour. Call the sales office for the current lead time on a particular job.
How do I order a patio door?
Download the Wiki French and patio doors form for uPVC, or the WarmCore inline patio doors form for aluminium, from the order forms page. Fill it in and email it to sales@wikiwindows.co.uk. We check it and send a written confirmation before anything goes into production.
Can you price Reynaers sliding doors?
Yes. There is no order form for CP 130 or CP 155, so email your sizes and layout to sales@wikiwindows.co.uk and we will price the job.
Do you deliver straight to site?
Yes. Our expert delivery team can deliver directly to your yard or straight to site. Tell us the address and any access restrictions when you order. You can also collect from our Haverhill factory.
