Installer questions

What is the lead time on composite doors?

It depends on the door range, style and colour. Call the sales office for the current lead time on a particular job.

How do I order a door?

Download the order form from the order forms page (the Wiki doors form for our own doors, or the Solidor form), fill it in and email it to sales@wikiwindows.co.uk. We check it and send a written confirmation before anything goes into production.

Do doors come ready to fit?

Yes. Doors come hung in the frame with the hardware fitted, ready to install.

Do you deliver straight to site?

Yes. Our expert delivery team can deliver directly to your yard or straight to site. Tell us the address and any access restrictions when you order. You can also collect from our Haverhill factory.
