What we collect

When you send the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number and message.
When you email, phone or send an order form: your contact details and the details of the job, such as the site address.
When you visit the website: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser, kept by our hosting provider for security.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, price and supply your order, arrange delivery and keep our business records. We do this because we need to for the order you have asked for, or because it is in our legitimate interest to answer enquiries from installers. We do not sell your details. We only send trade updates, new products and seasonal offers by email if you tick the box on the enquiry form or ask us to, and you can stop them at any time by replying to any update or emailing us.

Who we share it with

Formspree, which sends enquiry form messages to our inbox.
Zoho, our email provider.
Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for up to 2 years. Order and account records for 6 years, as required for tax.

Cookies

We only use optional cookies if you agree to them. Our cookie policy lists what the website stores and lets you change your choice.
